We booked with Hays, it was a last minute decision. It was Andrea that i dealt with and she was brilliant. The resort and holiday was exactly what i was looking for. I would recommend to anyone.

The adviser was so efficient and understood exactly what we wanted. So impressed! This is our first family holiday and I was so apprehensive about the booking process but it was actually very easy once we’d told Andrea what we wanted.

Booking a specific cruise . Certain dietary requirements, cabin position for a party of 8 people.
One short email to make initial contact. All info and booking advice easily followed and done.
No hassle , no telephone situations where you dial 1 for this ,2 for that ,3 for something else. One stop shop.
