Holiday Experience - Personal Care & Attention
The personal care and attention that Jess gives when she is organizing our holidays is 2nd to none and she always remembers what we like. Even when things didn't pan out how they expect them too, she still managed to help put the holiday back on track.

Jessica did a fantastic job of booking my rental car and hotel! Considering my request was very last minute, she was able to accommodate my request professionally and quite quickly. Best holiday booking experience
The process for booking our cruise was so simple and effortless. Sharon guided us through all the options and ensured we had all the relevant information to make a decision appropriate for our trip. She was very knowledgeable on cruise management and we had no hesitation in booking our cruise on our first visit to Hays Travel.
