Never had an issue booking with Hays Travel. Staff are always polite, friendly & go out their way to help with any concerns we have. The service we get is always impeccable. Booking is always so easy & first class. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Our experience of booking a cruise was once again a pleasure due to the diligence of the staff member( Margo). She went through all the options that were available to us, ie cabin type, drinks packages etc. The other members of staff were also friendly to.
This was our second visit to Hays and we can't see us going anywhere else to arrange our holiday breaks.
