Went into the branch with a sketchy idea of where I wanted to go. Left a short time later with a fabulous four day city break booked. Airport lounge, flights, hotel, transfers, the lot, all arranged.

Sarah was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the city I wanted to visit.

Knowledgeable staff friendly I was in and out in 15 mins holiday booked pleased with the service x price was cheap too xx I was even offered chocolates off one of the girls

Great reception as I entered. Young lady called Sahra was very welcoming & went beyond to make sure I got the right holiday at a good price. Spent some time checking other destinations for for future for me. Weldone & I will certainly be calling in again soon .

Excellent experience welcome on arrival even though girls had other clients Sarah was so helpful showing me possible room obstruction by a video making sure I was aware of my cabin details explaining every thing I needed to know about my cruise I needed to get some previous cruise history started to panic couldn’t find it at first but she put me at ease and I did find it I wasn’t rushed in any way came away very happy and felt that I had made some new friends will pass my experience on to family and friends
