I love this little shop book here every time I go away lovely staff , friendly and welcoming.

What a breadth of fresh air from lovely Scarlett in the store, she was so efficient and straightaway she said she would match what we had seen whilst researching for our holiday.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Megan helped us book our Japan trip so smoothly and gave us plenty of information. Even offered us a cup of tea while we waited!

I was greeted today by Scarlett in the Liverpool store on Allerton Road. Scarlett gave excellent advice and went out of her way to try and find me a holiday. Unfortunately we didn't book anywhere as it was last minute and it’s Easter. But I would defo recommend Scarlett as her customer service was excellent

Annie was great with helping me find a hotel nearest the hotel that was y first choice but was sold out.

We recently booked our first cruise holiday with Jenny at Hays Travel. She had been on a Fred Olsen cruise herself and was able to give us lots of useful information and tips.

The woman Megan was very helpful and patient, she helped us find the perfect holiday and she explained everything to us when we had questions.

Annie was an absolute delight to see. She did not rush us making sure we were all 100 percent sure that the holiday was for us. She was so polite and a true credit to your team.
