Good helpful staff, helped me get cheaper interconnected longhall flights.
And introduced me to their loaded top up payment card that gave me another option to pay my way abroad.

Monica our Hay,s guide ,got us a great deal. Very pleased with our choice. She managed to change the return flight to a better time .

Very helpful with arranging our book. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to our needs and listens to our requirements. Gave us good advice about the resort and exchanging currency.

The agent knew exactly what I wanted to book and she was extremely helpful. She also recommended we look at the passes for the various attractions before we go (this will save us money). She also checked if there were buses/trains/taxis for our transfer from the airport to the hotel and gave us lots of information regarding this.
