Polite and informative staff
Very helpful and made it easy to book explaining everything

We came to book Wimbledon last year but couldn’t get the right days for us
We could have booked direct through Newmarket this year but returned back to your Aldridge branch because of our experience last year

Visited Hayes Travel to book a holiday to Miami, cruise to the Bahamas and then on to Las Vegas .
This trip was for 11 nights and 12 days together with another lead passenger. In total a group of 10.
The Aldridge branch staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. Helpful pleasant, lots of research and guidance. I believe it was the manager of the branch who took her time to make sure all our needs were catered for.
Back and forth with phone calls etc ..
