The young lady who assisted us could not have done more to help find the hotel/riad to meet our needs She was very pleasant and knowledgeable
She spent a considerable time with us and explained the arrival and departure procedures.

we found that Hays were very helpful with planning our cruise in particular Claire. she helped us with everything and making sure we chose the correct cabin on the ship. She was also very keen to offer us good discounts and the right package to suit us. We felt we got good advise and support throughout the process. We were also very thankful after we arrived onboard and found we had a problem with the drinks package etc due to a computer error. We contacted Guest Relations and they told us to contact Hays Travel who reacted very quickly to resolve the issue. Much to our relief .

I got Kim that time ,all staff really easy to deal with,I requested what country I wanted to go to and hotel ,I was booked up and left hays in minutes, with a deal i was happy with.

The person, Chase, who I dealt with was great. They answered all my questions, provided all the information I needed and presented very professionally. Very friendly and pleasant throughout.
