Professional Attitude towards the customer.
Even with the Hays computers going down across the country and Karen Williams having to keep going in and out of the system she managed to book my 2027 Holiday to Malta. We looked at a number of locations and settled on the one I thought favorable. Great service as always on a day when frustrations never beat the Hays staff (Computer failures) Thanks again.

Kimberly in Aberdare is a star, whatever I ask she is willing to try and help, she reassures me all the time (I am a nervous traveler) Always pleasant and happy to see me, but just to add, all the staff are great, using each others knowledge to give the maximum experience to customers.
