Great help Abbi was amazing tried different options to get me the best deal. Will definitely book with her again.

The staff was very helpful and polite and gave me as much help about. My holiday and advice as due to have walking problems and told me about any issues would have as if it was hilly or flat

Due to Trumpty dumpty bombing Dubai, I couldn't get to Bangkok. So Hays staff found me another holiday at short notice. I got a full refund due to my cancelled flight. Well done Hays staff.
