Called into hays travel cheapsiide lancaster just before Christmas. We told the agent what we was looking for straight away they gave us 2 brochures of the shelf and told to look through those and book on line. So went to dales head travel in kirkby Lonsdale who went through holidays until they found what we was looking for . Probably just an isolated incident at hays but I would think twice about using hays travel. Very disappointed.

We Have used Hays for years to book holidays. Find the staff very knowledgeable on the times it's gone wrong they have sorted it out.

Very helpful staff lead by a Phil the manager, who as booked/ help my wife and I have lots of brilliant holidays over the years. THAT IS WHY WE KEEP COMING BACK TO YOU .
