Ordered a 4XL men's shirt and received a shirt after a 4 week wait that was labeled 4XL, but was the size a 10 year old might fit into. Could not get my arms into the sleeves. Submitted a refund request and they said sorry I wasn't "satisfied" (really? "satisfied") and suggested I keep it and and only get a 15% refund. Clearly didn't read the refund request comment. Now I'm stuck paying to ship something that should have never been shipped in the first place. Cheap price = cheap and very slow service. Their favorite phrase is "be patient". Don't be seduced by the price. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

Poor quality materials and manufacture. Very disappointing - obviously all their capital goes into marketing. Took an age for the shirts to get to me.

Been months now, still no shirts and they only offer 20% refund. Hell of a way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

My experience tells me that most of the reviews on this site are complete lies; Hawaiilili is just awful. Materials are bizarre-looking and feeling man made fibers, rather than the cotton and linen they claim, sizes are nowhere even close to standard US sizing, the quality is dreadful. Oh and most damning, nothing I bought actually has a Hawaiilili label, the labels are all in Chinese.

Just an awful experience with this company. I would never buy from them again or recommend their website. The sizes of the shirts were not even close to US standards. The material used for the shirts is just weird, not cotton, but a man made fiber. Customer service is terrible. Took weeks to receive the items. When I asked for a full refund the requirement is that the items be returned at my expense. Shipping back to China is almost the cost of the refund. Do not buy from this ripoff company.

Hi everyone, after being stupid enough to think i was buying from usa....i think the name had big part to play ! I thought i would give the company a shot as i was after cotton or linen for the summer. I read all the sizes against my own measurements and decided L was correct size and gave me a little wriggle room for loose fit. Not a chance, the so called cotton trousers were probably a medium and were NOT cotton as described but some kind of man made fibre.
The colours i bought were grey and brown and when they arrived i can say i have never seen those shades before, they were so unnatural looking no way could i wear them had they fitted and had they actually been cotton
The top i bought was a really nice looking shirt in light blue, there was hope for this company after all !. Tried in on and thought id bought a boob tube it was that short lol. I know i have a long body and dumpy legs but come on this top was made for pigmy tribe in the amazon basin.
Delivery times are all over the place, receiving my first items 3 weeks after odering then 1 week later for the third and waiting on 2 more...so if you do decide to use them and are going on honeymoon in 8 weeks book it in china and pick them up...hope this review helps

Not only is Hawalili a complete scam, now I have no faith in Trustpilot as there is no way in H.E.double hockey sticks that this company could legitimately score higher than 3 stars. IF you receive your order, the clothes are JUNK-- made of funky plastic material, sewn with the worst of quality control imaginable, and random standards of sizing. Finally, when you inevitably decide the clothes are unacceptable, the return policy is a NIGHTMARE. If I could give ZERO STARS, I certainly would. This company has an enticing web advertisements and ordering site, but is awful!!!!

Purchased 5 shirts very cheap, delivery took about one month - each shirt arrive seperately. Size is incredibly small and materials are obviously cheap. If thats what you want then its probably good value but dont expect heavyweight garments that fit European sizes without going up two to three sizes!

WORST RETURN POLICY. TRIED TO RETURN ITEMS DUE TO MATERIAL BEING THIN. NO QUALITY. THIS MAY BE A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

The material is paper thin and the sizes run very small. One of the shirts (with a continual design across the front) not only had the buttons misaligned but had the seam misaligned so everything that was suppose to line up in front was off by inches.
I bought them because I loved their designs but the quality is terrible

This company is a joke ordered weeks ago keep getting emails each email state 10-15 days
I believe all good reviews are fake do not buy from these jokers you will not know when you will receive your order

The ad makes the shirts look good. The shirts are poor quality the material is cheap. The stitching is crooked. The fist shirt I received looks like body was cut out like a wife beater T shirt and then they switched sleeves on it .it doesn't line up with shoulders can't wear it.worst buying experience you can tell they come from China sweat shop . Still haven't received 5 th shirt. Don't buy from them!!!!

The worst!!!!! You can't trust the sizing at all. Large shirts state length of 29". More like 22" made for kids.
I ordered 3 shirts. All of them shipped separately, weeks apart. Never again.

I ordered 6 shirts from them, I received 3 of them after a couple of weeks. I have a tracking number for 1 more shirt and two shirts have not been processed for shipping. I will not be buying from them again.

These Hawaiian shirts ship from China. Wish i had known this and I would not have ordered them! I ordered them on April 9 and on April 25 I still haven't received them. some are still “being processed”. Others must say shipped with no estimated receive date.

I would not order from here again.

Ordered three shirts two arrived . After weeks of waiting tracking says shirt is undeliverable and HAWALILI OFFERS TO REFUND 25% ! Will stick to reputable Brick and Mortar stores in the US for my clothing needs. This place is a scam!

I purchaced 5 shirts from Hawalili. I received just 4 shirts. 2 of the shirts were so small they might have fit my 8 year old grandson. even though they were labeled XL. Their return policy requires paying for postage and customs which was more than I paid for the shirts. Forget about getting any help from your Credit card. They sided with Hawalili because they gave option to return even though it costs more than shirt to do so. additionally the 2 shirts that did fit were not the best quality. I will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware.

I can only say that unless you perhaps live in China, working with this company for their "guaranteed returns" is simply a NIGHTMARE.

I am in the US and 9 month ago I order 4 shirts. Got them but the quality of the material was not what I was expecting. I sent them back (to China no less, at my expense !!), and now 9 months later that return was refused and Hawalili is unwilling to provide a refund. Their best offer is for me to send AGAIN to a China address (again at MY expense, a 2nd time).

This company is soooo unreasonable folks just have to know and be aware. Anything you buy just take it that returns are not realistic.

My personal experience with one of the items I bought. One of the item's colour was different to that on the site the other three were as advertised. Error was one too many!

i wanted to like these guys, because their shirts look pretty neat. But every single 4 and 5 star review for this company was written by someone with only one review to their name. Hmmm....
