This company is a Chinese rip off . The shirts are not what you see on the website. The quality and construction are low quality. They make you jump through hoops to return any items and offer you a cash refund which they discount. Please do not order from this company

First Hawalili sent inferior quality products. When I inquired at customer service, they said I had to pay all the costs of returning the 3 shirts I ordered, plus customs, which would exceed the cost of the garments. They offered me 15% cash -15% of the value of the shirts which were of simply poor construction. Further, they said if I did not respond in seven days of the product arrivingBefore they would send a return label, And I would have to pay shipping cost and maybe customs cost because their center is in China. This company and their products are a scam. We are taking legal action.

After about 3 months I finally received the 2 shirts I ordered. The sizing isn’t even close. Their xxl size was closer to a US medium. As another reviewer stated, to get a refund you have to send back to China. I should have checked other reviews before I ordered from them.
Be wary of this company

The biggest problem is that if you don't like something or your order is not correct and you have to send something back.... it's your cost.. and it's going to China... your shipping costs Will more than likely exceed what the item is worth...Not worth the trouble..So now I have two of the same shirt.. I placed an order for two different shirts

I think the positive reviews here are bogus. This company never shipped my item, yet sent me fake tracking information. After two months, they finally issued me a refund with NO explanation. Unfortunately, I had already disputed the charge with my credit card.

The website is real and not a scam. I ordered two Hawaiian shirts for $35 total and they came in the estimated delivery timeline (3 wks). Products were decent quality and as advertised. I had no contact with customer service so can't comment on that.

UNRESPONSIVE, USED WRONG ADDRESS, REFUSE TO REFUND OR SEND REPLACEMENT. PAY PAL MAY WELL SUSPEND THEM.

They are Terrible, The quality of the clothing was awful, Wrong sizes and not what was Ordered, Just Cost me, $99.43 to find out and 66 Days From start to finish. No help from paypal also.

Justclook at all the fake reviews in bad english. Terrible quality, bad communication, products incomplete and not as advertized. Ordered 6 cotton shirts, received 3 nylon ones in the wrong sizes. A complete waste of time and money, i will be charging back.

Website looks nice and was able to purchase immediately via PAYPAL. That's were the good ends. Order was placed on June 3rd. After complaints that item was not received, I asked Paypal to step in. Item did come in mail Aug 15th. Both shirts were way too small and had a toxic chemical odor. I started the process to ship items back today. Stay away from this company. DO NOT BUY!

I know that at my size I always use measurements rather than sizes. I received half of my order today. 2 3xl shirts didn’t close around the chest and I’m not even sure what universe the 5xl shirt would fit any body. I couldn’t even get both arms in it. I’ve already contacted their customer service. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so a refund should be easy. Stay away cause this place is a crap shoot.

Same as other bad reviews. They’re a scam company. I’m reporting them to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and urge others to do the same in the US and to analogous agencies in your home country outside US. Some Chinese person living in South San Francisco clearly has family in Guangzhou connected with an apparel manufacturer, and a very, very poor one, at that. REPORT THIS SCAM

Our fault I guess, did not check company out. I am assuming bulk of the 4-5 stars reviews are fake. Most have same issue as us, long shipping time, sizes not accurate, hoaky return contact info. flimsy etc etc

WARNING, do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the material is very poor, paper thin, see through. I bought two shirt the same size, but they were completely different in their dimensions and neither fit correctly. Bad Scam.

I don't know why I complained about the long delay because when the shirts finally arrived, they were awful.

All five stink of cigarette smoke.

Three of the five do not resemble the pictures from the email sent to confirm the order.

Two have tags showing that the fabric is different from those same pictures.

Two shirts have tags that read the material is cotton, but the material is nothing like cotton. If I cared enough, I would take the shirts to a laboratory to find out what kind of material was used to make the shirts.

Two have tags that show size XXL, but the measurements are not close to the dimensions on the website.

They claimed the delay was temporary due to COVID-19, but the website wasn't registered until March of 2020, after COVID-19 was a pandemic.

The positive reviews, or most of them, are very suspicious.

I am going to do a chargeback on my credit card. I have had the credit card for 4 years and this will be the first time I have ever done a chargeback.

I order 4 shirts all large. After about 3 weeks I received 2 of the shirts. Both were of poor quality and Way too small. I cancelled the other 2 shirts that I had not received yet. Via e-mail they told me I could take a discount/partial refund and have the shirts altered. Not an option. They said I could send them back for a refund less 15% restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping. I was told I needed to send the first 2 shirts back to China. They sent me the shipping label to Ship To: Pan Huiling 1st floor building 3, Jimyuan Square, No 2 Taohong West Street, Jumhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. I took it to the ups shipping station. They said it would be $145 to send them back. I find all this odd as the return label on the package is 216 Harris Ct. South San Francisco California 94080. Horrible experience. one and done.

Items ordered and paid back in early June. Have yet to receive any items. This so-called merchant even created phony tracking. Do not buy from this merchant. Should receive minus 0.

Unbelievable poor service and slooooow. The response to requests about updates, it was "be patient". In this day and age and prices, it should take the time it does. Products take several weeks (6-8w) to arrive and shipments are incomplete. Be warned!

The positive reviews must be written by their staff. Poor products and worse service. Delivery if it happens will take months. It a slow boat from China. I got scammed. Don't make the same mistake.

I blame myself for not checking reviews first. I ordered $100 worth of shirts and never received them, but I did receive all sorts of bogus emails about the status of my order, false information regarding shipping date, etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
