Been using Haus Maids based in Fleet for about 6 months now. Cannot fault the service. Friendly ladies and attention to detail.

HAUS Maid fleet did a weekly clean in Fleet for me and the ladies were excellent very efficient, polite and trustworthy. Unfortunately I moved to a different county which they didn’t cover but they did a house move clean for the new owners which was also excellent. Highly recommend

Having recently moved, this was the first time we had used a cleaning company and we were really impressed with the initial contact and friendliness, flexibility to work when we needed them and provided photos after the clean. It had been a while since we could see inside the oven!

£132 for a 3-bedroom house clean for 2 hours and the cleaner break my boy's bedroom blind and a family picture. I got these so-called professional service in to assist me as a widowered dad of 3 but I am very disappointed. The customer service team was poor in their response too as when I called to complain there was no Apology nor support just the director will call you next week? JUST NOT ACCPETABLE.

The team completed an end of tenancy clean, and a clean in our new home.
It was a very tough job and what looked like a very dirty, grubby, new house, was sparkling clean by the time we moved in.
Haus Maids were reliable, punctual, and professional.
We will definitely be using them again

After being let down last minute with another cleaning company for my move out clean, the ladies arrived and were very efficient in getting the house cleaned in time for the handover of keys.

I have been using Haus Maids since April, and we love the service. I had a deep clean first and booked in for a weekly clean since. They are very good cleaners and we are very pleased with the overall service provided.

I was lucky to win one off property clean in my sons school during Christmas raffle. Toni from Fleet office was extremely patient and helpful to book the appointment to complete the job. Ladies who came in were very friendly and left the house in amazing condition. I would highly recommend booking the slot with HAUS MAIDS.

We've been using Haus Maids for the past 6 months on a regular fortnightly basis, at our home in East Hertfordshire. The team do a fantastic job and long may it continue.

We used Hausmsids in Bishops Stortford twice. The first clean was £140 and average - we’d been promised a premier service and actually there was still some grime in showers etc. Plus a breakage, which was replaced. The second clean was shocking - supposed to be c.4 hours (4bed house) but the two cleaners were out after an hour and five minutes. The house was still dirty and the clean was poor. The aftercare was appalling - no one called us and we kept being sent invoices with a tiny discount. In the end we paid more than we felt was due simply to clear the account. Worst service - across any type of offer - I’ve ever had. Do not use them based on our experience; massively overpriced and terrible quality.

Haus Maids have been a life saver for me. My husband and I both work full time and we just couldn't keep on top of the housework. Having Haus maids has meant that when are are all home together we can spend it as a family. The girls that come us are reliable and hard working and I can't fault them at all.

Imagine being in the south east and a cleaner doesn't even clean limescale from the sink. In a hard water area you would expect this to be routine. Our counter tops were left sticky and the toilets didn't even look like they'd been touched. I asked for their complaints procedure and they have ignored my email. Not a company I'd ever use again.

Our family have used Haus Maids for over 8 years, during this time we have experienced a fantastic service, they have turned up every week and made our home a home, they clean to a high standard. The teams we have had visit our property over the years have been so friendly and hard working. We are sad that we will no longer be using this service as we are about to move to a new location with no Haus Maids :(. Thank you for your help over the years Haus Maids.

Very poor. We arranged a Spring Clean but many of the contracted tasks were not done; much of what was done was incomplete and/or poorly executed.
If you decide to engage Haus Maids I strongly recommend that you go through the contracted tasks before the staff leave so they can be held to their contract. We foolishly trusted them to complete the work as contracted.
Best avoided.
