Absolutely amazing!! I love my ring!

Excellent professional service at Hatton Garden Workshop. Repairs to a ring undertaken swiftly. The ring was thoroughly examined by Mike before any work was carried out and every detail of the ring noted together with the cost of the repair. The repair was completed in a few days and email notification sent. The ring looks like new and no signs that it was worked on. Excellent service by Mike and the team at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I found the website online and telephoned to explain what I needed done with a little apprehension . When I attended the appointment with my jewelleries Mike was very helpful and offered good advice. I was delighted with all their works and would highly recommend the Workshop.

Fabulous genuine workshop. This is a place where you can discuss your hopes for your jewellery pieces and the craftspeople can bring these dreams and plans to life with their good advice and skill. I took in a ring, necklace and earrings that I have known for 50 years and they were returned to me with brilliant sparkle and meticulous repair. An amazing experience that my family will appreciate for many years.

We recently entrusted Hatton Garden Workshop with five pieces of jewellery in need of repair, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Despite arriving without an appointment, the team kindly accommodated us and offered thoughtful guidance on the necessary work. Within the week, they had replaced clasps on both bracelets and a necklace, and expertly repaired two delicate tennis bracelets.

The workmanship was of an impressively high standard, and their pricing was refreshingly fair. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for future repairs—or even bespoke redesigns. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality, efficiency, and genuine care.
