I bought my first DSLR camera! I'm very excited to try it out (it's currently on charge!). The service was excellent. The site was easy to use and very clear on exactly what I was getting. My purchase arrived promptly and well-packaged. I would definitely use this site again!

Purchased the Sony WF-1000XM4B in Earbuds just over 12months ago. The battery dies within 30mins of usage. I
have been sending emails over the past month and they dont reply and whatsapp number does not work!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi I’m still waiting on my order . They keep asking for confirmation of my street name and I’ve done this 5 x now with no response.
I’ve now had a email from them appealing for the upset . They say 5 more days . I’ll keep you all posted 👍

Really surprised! Yes, that is a bit of a back-handed compliment, but to be honest, my expectations were not high, especially for the price. I was hesitant if they could be trusted. However, that's all in the past - the delivery came earlier than expected. I ordered a Canon Camera, and it was packed well in great condition. I wish I'd come across them sooner! Definitely value for money! Good job!

I wasn't sure about buying from an independent retailer I had not heard of, but I couldn't be happier. Ordered on a Monday and was in my hand by Thursday. Uses Royal Mail, which I always prefer. Managed to save over £60 compared to Amazon. Very pleased, would recommend.

Purchased an iPad online have not received the iPad and they have kept my money. Purchased product through onbuy who they have also not responded to. They have been told to issue a refund within 3 day. They have not. SCAM FRAUD STAY AWAY

Still waiting for my order! Emailed 5 times in the week .,they dont reply and whatsapp number does not work!!! I don't think its worth purchasing from hear, go to amazon and purchase it with next day delivery

i ordered a steam deck 2 weeks ago from this company and have still not received it i then checked the tracking on royal mail and it says unable to attempt delivery so i decided to ring royal mail to see why they couldn’t deliver and they told me it was because the seller had not provided them with the full address and that the parcel was to be sent back all the way to hong kong. Do not buy from this company they are all useless they couldn’t even give the full address which i know i typed in correctly as i have checked

This site is a FRAUD!
Almost 4 weeks passed by and I didn't receive my order #28363 or had any reply from Hashtechguy to my several contacts. The tracking code provided is not working / fake.
I'll report Hashtechguy to Action Fraud (UK’s national fraud and cyber-crime reporting centre) and my Bank to get a refund, due to no reply from Hashtechguy.

Item arrived in good condition, it was promptly despatched and just the British postal system delayed its arrival.

Ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Mini on OnBuy before realising I was dealing with the Hashtechguy. Looking at some of the reviews on Trustpilot made me think I was doomed to loose my £250. After a couple of days I could see it on the Post Office tracking site but that didn’t help the foreboding I felt. It was due between 20th - 25th July. To my surprise it show it was in my local PO Dispatch office on the 19th and it was delivered the same day. Excellent Service and the cheapest price on the internet. Thanks.
