Laura Gallacher was very helpful and talked me through the process and all the steps that I needed to take, due to the car accident.

I had never required such services therefore, I had no knowledge of what to expect however, I can’t recommend Harper MacLeod enough.

Was told to pay an initial fee over the phone and that would give my Solicitor a chance to review my options. Was not updated on costs at all as it was just going to be a yes/no answer to see if it would justifying it going to court paid for information i already knew, and also for work that i told her not to do .And at the end off the day they did not no any more that my Energy (cab) advisor knew and that was free advise.And then was stung with a horrendous bill. Not impressed nor would recommend very disappointed 😞

I dealt with Karen Barre at Harper MacLeod. Karen had a lovely manner and I felt comfortable with her always dealt with her on the phone and was always put at ease. This was my first injury case and she was polite and patient. I would not hesitate using Karen again.

Dreadful. Ripped my family apart following the execution of the will of my grandfather. Issued one set of instructions then decided I had additional legal rights entitlement which came as a shock to my aunt. No family counselling no mediation. No understanding of whether I could afford to give up my legal rights. Just misery and a ton of pressure to give up my legal rights. Do not touch with a barge pole.
