The experience of sailing on the Royal Clipper was wonderful. Outstanding catering and a lovely cruise itinerary.

Recently got back from a wonderful holiday to USA booked through Harmony Voyages. This was a big holiday for our family so I wanted to book with a trusted company. Emma my travel advisor was extremely helpful, she provided me with plenty of advice, a number of options to suit my needs and budget, and at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. Overall my experience was it’s a great company with amazing customer service, I will not hesitate to book again with Harmony Voyages in the future!

The itinerary was set to include all I expected and more.
Cruise ship Amadeus Queen clean, staff helpful and polite.
Food of a high standard. Cabin attended to each day to a high standard.
Andy our Tour Manager, great communicator, great sense of humour.
Did more than he needed to, in fact he made the River Cruise. Joined in with our evening socials. Accompanied us when on specific tours and on walkabouts giving local/country information. Suggestions given on food, drink to suit all.
Music side, for me it was most enjoyable, workshops well planned and again gave more of his time than he needed to and very encouraging to make choices of our own.
A holiday to remember and would definitely participate in future Ukulele holidays.

I was impressed with how organized the crew are and the entertainment. Food was excellent .I was on the Sail and Strum Cruise with Andy Webster as our Ukulele leader and instructor. He was upbeat and fun to be around. I did the Land and Rhine River Cruise so a lot of organizing went into this trip. I would highly recommend it.

We have now experienced 5 Music Festivals with Harmony Voyages and I have to say how happy we with everything that we have experienced.
Not all the performers are 5* but that would be an impossible target to achieve when my taste will vary from the next person. Costa Festivals are trying to attract a wide audience but I have to say that Nik Kershaw did not understand the audience. I know there were some people that enjoyed him but none of my friends were impressed.
The magic that we get from the other musicians, the collaborations, the sessions, the camaraderie , the sunshine ( sometimes! ) is worth every penny.

I recently attended Aviemore Folk Festival, organised by Harmony Voyages. There were a number of significant issues with the hotel mainly around mis information about vegetarian food and an overwhelming smell of drains/sewage that got progressively worse as the days went on. Reporting to the hotel staff did not resolve the issue, I spoke to a member of the event staff but no solution was offered. An email I wrote to the Harmony Voyages website while I was there was apparently never received. There were some smaller issues with the organisation of the event which I have also raised with the company. I wrote again on my return listing my issues and requesting a refund, I paid £739 for a single occupancy room at a 4 day event in a 4 star hotel, slept in a room smelling of excrement and was misinformed about the food at breakfast and its suitability for vegetarians. The company director who appears to be dealing with my request does not think problems I experienced with the hotel have anything to do with her company, even though my holiday was booked through and organised by them. She seems to think the smell of human waste, so strong it kept me awake on the last 2 nights, is not a problem since the hotel has assured her it posed no risk to health. She says she is confident that the hotel (Aviemore Hotel) as a reputable business could not have got it wrong with the breakfast, implying that I am lying or unable to recognise the taste of bacon in the hash browns I was assured were suitable for vegetarians. She says she can't see how her company can compensate me for something that was outside their control: it seems entirely reasonable to me to expect that they would advocate for me with the hotel for a refund since I clearly did not get the 4 star holiday I was expecting. She has offered me a £50 discount on any future holidays I book with them as a "gesture of goodwill". Needless to say, I won't be using it.
