Firstly, these shoes are incredibly made! I had the black leather horse bit loafers turn up yesterday, the leather is so soft that after one evenings wear they are broken in perfectly and already like putting on a pair of comfy slippers! The stylish gold horse bit is reminiscent of the Gucci loafers of the 90s without the extortionate price tag! The delivery time was slightly longer than anticipated 2-3 weeks but definatly worth the wait, Im now ordering another pair in suede , would highly recommend Hammain and look forward to exploring the rest of the collection😍😍😍

I’m so elated as a first time customer and must admit the loafers ordered met my high quality expectations, fits perfectly and comfortably. In the process to order two more loafers in different colours. I got mates express keen interest getting theirs asap .

Having called Customer Services - a guy on the end of a mobile - I await Harmain Leathers response to my complaint which is as follows:

1. They sent two left shoes

And, although irrelevant,

2. The two left shoes are different shades of brown
3. The two left shoes are also different sizes.

Before condemning this business, let’s see how they resolve this farce … not a good response so far.

Sent another pair of shoes, although I asked for a refund. Shoes are fine and value for money.

First pair of shoes arrived and were a bit tight but I messaged the company and asked for a size bigger. Was promptly dealt with and new pair arrived within a couple of days even before I had sent back the first one. Persevere and deal nicely with people and they will reciprocate

Second pair of shoes bought from Harmain leathers. Very nice.

I saw these shoes on Instagram and, as there was a special offer, decided to buy them for my husband. They took a couple of weeks to come, but to open the box and smell that heavenly leather smell, it was worth the wait. They are beautifully made and suit his slim feet. I’m sure we will order more in different colours.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money. They look like got wooden soles. And blocked me when asked for address and money back.
