I very highly recommend Dr Kremer. I was anxious at the initial consultation, but he took the time to listen to my concerns fully, explain in great detail what could be achieved and manage my expectations, accordingly, making me feel completely at ease. From then on my experience with Dr Kremer, his assistant Antoinette who is brilliant and his team/staff on my operation day have been excellent throughout, with everything conducted in the most professional, caring, empathetic and supportive way possible. My recovery went smoothly and I always felt that any contact I made for advice was responded to speedily and reassuringly. It has been 6 months since the Face and Neck procedure. Friends and family have told me how well I look but they cannot put their finger on why, which was my biggest desire and achieved aim.
