Didn't come and didn't get a tracking email
I ordered what I wanted nearly a month ago now, have had no real ways of tracking the order and haven't had a reply to my "I'm a concerned customer" message.
I got this gift for my partners 4th anniversary together and it's already two weeks late.
I understand these things take time but again, am feeling very concerned I've been scammed. So not feeling that great about it all.

Hi Molly.
I've had a quick look into this and I think you've misread the fact you have pre-ordered a product with us. This information is displayed on the items description along with an estimated dispatch date. (11th - 29th August).
The only time we would update you would be if there was a change to that estimated date (in the form that it would be dispatched later then we predicted). Likewise once the item is dispatched you of course will get email confirmation with tracking sent to the email address you ordered under.
I've also had no email communication from you or messages via social media. I feel it's pretty unfair to get a 1 star review based on this misunderstanding on your part. So we would ask you kindly to remove this review as it does not reflect our business.
Over a Decade of Quality
I have been buying tshirts, goodies and other awesome accessories for over a decade now and every product I have ever bought has been the highest quality and the items I still have from over 10+ years ago are still going strong! The designs are always amazing and they don't peel off or disappear even after years of washing. I couldn't recommend Hard Times Clothing enough.

Great customer service
I purchased some T-shirts on the 1/8/25 and a week later I was really confused why some of them hadn’t shipped yet, which is when I realised that I’d pre-ordered one of the t-shirts and that they wouldn’t ship to me until that final t-shirt was available, completely my mistake! But I emailed customer service to see if I could amend my order as I needed the other t-shirts minus the pre-order, I got a reply in just over an hour, giving me options for my order, and my order was amended and shipped that day, so thanks so much to the customer service team at Hard Time Clothing!
My t-shirts arrived today and I love the designs and colours, I already had 2 of your t-shirts and I’ve been so impressed that the colour doesn’t fade with washing, they are so cool! Thanks

Easily one of my favorite shirts I’ve ever owned. Writing this a few months out of receiving my shirt and quality has upheld better than any shirt I’ve ever owned. 10/10 would recommend and certainly will buy again in the future!

Updated review: Disapointed
Quick service, shirt has a good quality print and is very soft and comfortable.
Update a few months later: Unfortunately the dye has started to come out of the shirt, the once vibrant blues and purples have now faded to grey, no extreme or frequent washing (used mybe once every couple of weeks) a tad disappointed that it didn't even last a year.

Sorry to hear you've had this issue. Obviously this shouldn't happen and it's always hard to pin point problems like this, as a large variety of issues can stem from not washing the product properly/ treatment of the product over time. As we screen print our products (Best printing format for t-shirts) it also requires a more delicate touch. Therefor with our product we always recommend the following:
• Turn the t-shirt inside out to protect the print.
• Wash at 30 degree's celcius (cold wash)
• After the cycle is complete to take it out relatively quick
• Air dry at room temperature while still inside out.
Normally where there are issues with the print it's because either its been sat in water for too long, it's got to hot (tumble drying/ drying in direct sunlight normally) or is washed a hell of a lot.
