Happy Cups are great! They are quick to respond and create a quality product! We have reusable cups for our Theatre and they are functional and helpful in our aims to decrease use of single-use plastics.

The team were really responsive with quotes and proofs, then delivered some wicked looking 4 colour printed cups to an impossible timeline - great work! I would recommend working with them.

Second order and very happy again. Lead time was really quick second time around (much slower first time, but this was communicated and the order arrived within the window given). Really helpful team, clear communication to ensure order was accurate. We ordered the branded greaseproof and it's a decent quality product.

Happycups will work with you until they are sure that you are happy with design and you are ready to purchase before they ask for payment. I think this is a very great way to put clients minds at rest. Once you are happy with your sample, then you can pay - good stuff

Absolutely brilliant service and communication. The third time we have designed and orders cups for events and can’t fault the customer service. We needed this order quickly and they didn’t let us down.

HappyCups were great through the whole process. Thet were quick to respond with pricing and delivery dates, went above and beyond helping me design the actual cups and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. On arrival the festival cups are a great quality product and we can't wait to start using them!

After a number of successful transactions I’m really saddened by my last purchase.

I was confirmed delivery by December 9th and I still don’t have the product. It’s now useless to us. The date we were supposed to deliver to our customers has passed.

I tried to work with the company to chase the courier but they just keep sending emails fobbing me off telling me it’s not their problem. They are refusing a refund and stating we have wait for them to deal with the courier when this is not true.

I’m honestly incredibly disappointed by their complete unwillingness to take any ownership of this issues which has cost me £3000 in lost income.

I will never use this company again and I recommend others avoid too. They are great when things are easy but could not care less when they go wrong.

They have also now emailed me threatening me with legal action if I do not remove this factual review. I will not be removing it.

Great job by the guys at Happycups. High quality product and delivered promptly. Will definitely return if we have future requirements.
