Used Happicabs for the first time in a couple of years last night (22 Dec). Phoned and booked whilst on the train from London. Was informed shortly after of my booking via text with details of the car. Was then informed when the car had arrived at BP. All very punctual. Great communication. The driver who picked me up was very pleasant too. One Happy customer.

Kept being sent messages saying they'll let us know when it's on its way but it never came.
Called them and they admitted it wouldn't be there for more than 30mins, well after our restaurant booking so we had to cancel. It was a special event

Charging without delivering
On Tuesday I booked a cab leaving 50 minutes for a 25 minute journey. Half hour after the pick up time, the cab hadn't arrived, and was still "5 to 10 minutes away". At that point it was impossible to make it in time and so I cancelled.
Happicabs charged me anyway. I contacted them online, to which they said they would respond in 24 hours. Nothing. After 48 I contacted them again. They said that they'd refer the case to their Finance department and once again nothing. No contact. No refund.
Posting this online in the hope that someone will see this and actually do something.
