Hannah Solicitors LLP Recensioni

Hannah solicitors handled our sale professionally happy about the service.

Do not use them for convayencing.

Incompetent and disrespectful, with so many hidden fees.

5 ⭐️’s (Here is our story) In 2021 we used Hannah Solicitors as Conveyancers for both our house sale and purchase. We were initially assigned to a case handler who got us through the sale and purchase. However, it came to light at our Remortgage 4 years later (2025), there was an error with the Title Deed that was originally missed in 2021. We contacted Hannah Solicitors thinking it was going to be a problem to correct.

Ismail to the rescue!

Ismail had our Title Deeds corrected in no time at all and we are so impressed by his efficient work ethic. He was polite, managed our expectations and resolved our issue in no time.
We definitely recommend Ismail.

Tamara & Toqeer:

Dealing with Hannah solicitors was a very professional and straightforward experience. Purchasing a home can be stressful but I felt both solicitors were on the ball. Tamara was the main solicitor dealing with my purchase and also my remortgage. She is very knowledgable of the conveyancing process and extremely patient in her approach. Things always happen during a purchase and it’s good to know your solicitor will always call you back promptly, not make excuses, give you the insight you need and show patience with your understanding. I felt Tamara was outstanding in her communication and would 1) Certainly recommend to anyone else purchasing a home and 2) Will use her again for my future purchases.

Thank you Hannah Solicitors

I had good experience with hannah solicitors because I sold my house and purchased new property without any problems and specially gentlemen called Mr asim been very helpful therefore I recommend hannah solicitors to everyone 10 out of 10 for me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service!

Working with Raeece Sarwar during the process of purchasing my home was truly a seamless and stress-free experience. From start to finish, Raeece was not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly attentive and reassuring throughout every stage of the legal process. His ability to clearly explain complex legalities in a straightforward, calm, and confident manner gave me complete peace of mind.

What really stood out was his genuine care and attention to detail — I always felt like I was in safe, capable hands. Communication was fast, transparent, and efficient, and no question ever felt too small. His team was equally professional, and everything moved forward smoothly and on time.

Raeece is truly exceptional at what he does, and I couldn’t have asked for better legal support in such a significant life decision. I highly recommend him and Hannah Solicitors LLP to anyone looking to buy property with confidence and ease. Thank you, Raeece, for making this milestone such a positive experience!

We instructed this firm to handle the sale of our house, and over a year later, it’s still unresolved. The level of incompetence we've experienced is genuinely astonishing. We’ve had to chase them constantly for updates, explanations, and even the most basic communication.

They routinely miss deadlines — including critical ones like property searches (twice) and mortgage offers expiring — and they fail to show any understanding of where the process is at and how we can reach a completion. It honestly feels like no one there knows what they’re doing, or worse, they simply don’t care.

We’ve been left completely in the dark for months at a time. You’d get more progress talking to a brick wall. They are not proactive, they show no urgency, and in our view, they should not be entrusted with anyone’s legal affairs. They are simply not fit for purpose.

Even more concerning, after reading some of the glowing reviews online, we genuinely question their authenticity. Based on our experience, it’s hard to believe anyone has received decent service from this firm.

If you’re even thinking about using them — don’t. Save yourself the months of stress, delays, and total frustration. This firm has been an absolute disaster from day one, and it still isn’t over.

Avoid them like the plague.

Tamara and Toqeer both handled my case and ensured that I was well protected in the sale, literally fighting my corner.

As a first-time buyer it is hard not to want daily updates, but overtime it became evident that everything was in hand and even more than I realised.

Grateful for both of their efforts that finally made me a homeowner :)

I could not be more satisfied of the quality of the service that I received with the team at Hanna Solicitors. Sally Handled my case and she has been very kind, helpful, re-assuring and very competent in what she does. Very quick at replying and gets the jobs done. She looks after you very well and overall acts on your best interest. Highly recommendable.

Danish and Julie are a great team. Danish put together my will for me whilst offering great advice along the way. Julie was very friendly, efficient and helpful too. Great team and company. I can’t recommend enough! Thank you Danish and Julie for a great service, I’m a very happy customer!

Would highly recommend Sohib at Hannah Solicitors! Made our first time buyers journey easy even when the sellers added their new build purchase into the chain at the last minute. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Met with Danish Ali on more than on occasion with regard to will writing. Danish went above and beyond with his advice and guidance. A great, friendly and professional service.

Free Will Month - I contacted Hannah Solicitors on this initiative and was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, knowledgable and efficient, a well oiled machine. There was no hard upsell for other products it was a very painless experience. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Julie, Danish and Iftekhar.

Thanks to Wasim and Ismail for helping us with purchasing our first property. Wasim was always quick to respond to our queries and really made sure to chase up anything promptly. They made this process as easy as possible for us!

Thanks to Ammad and hassan for helping me with my first time buyer property.
They made it smooth and easy, they notify me at ever my stage so I was relaxed that work is going well.

Hassan was amazing! Hassan helped me with my first ever purchase and he guided me right the way through with his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. I definitely recommend him, especially for a first time buyer - you can trust him and he will work in your favour the whole way!

I have been using Hannah Solicitors for a while now, Joe and his team are super friendly, knowledgeable and have great communication when needed. Joe and his team helped myself and my brother sell our Mums house after she sadly passed away last year. They were very supportive and understanding towards our situation and helped us every step of the way. GO TEAM HANNAH SOLICITORS Highly recommend.

Asim and Ismail were very attentive throughout the whole process and extremely helpful and honest about time frames and outstanding items. Would recommend

My partner and I were lucky enough to have obtained our wills through 'Free Wills Month' and chose this solicitor to help us. We have had fantastic service throughout but Julie Osborn, the Legal Administrator, has been brilliant. She responded quickly and efficiently to all emails (and there have been several) and called me by phone when necessary. She made the process run smoothly and effectively and I can't thank Julie (Luton) and the team in the Rushden office enough for all their help, guidance and advice throughout. Much appreciated!

I had the pleasure of working with Ismail and Wasim, who were both prompt and thorough in handling my equity release mortgage. They ensured all aspects were addressed with great precision, and I am very satisfied with their service. Additionally, I have worked with Hannah Solicitors on several occasions and have always been impressed by their professionalism. I will undoubtedly continue to use their services in the future.
