Very rapid response to my order
Very rapid response to my order, the door handles arrived on the following day. We had a slight problem with the screws being slightly too short for our doors and following a phone call to the company this was very simply and quickly rectified

Door handle replacement
I ordered a load of replacement handles which were excellent quality. Better than run of the mill stuff found in DIY stores.
All items came well packed and promptly so can’t get better than that. Will use again in future.

Poor experience. Goods have still not bbeen delivered. chased twice, and requested a call back, and still no call or update.

Poor communication
I ordered a pair of kitchen door handles that they were able to supply due to 'IT issues' (I appreciate that these things can happen). Unfortunately, I had to make contact with the company before I found this out. I later decided that I would cancel the order and ask for a refund and I have yet to recieve confirmation of this cancellation or a refund.
Poor communications guys, I'm sure you could do better!

You did not fulfil my order until I phoned to ask when the package would be delivered. I was told the item was out of stock. What the operative meant was they had not ordered the stock from the manufacturer. Come on wake up.
