Enquired about the car on Wednesday, and he told me the car would be ready for me to collect on Thursday. The experience at this dealership was really good, and they provided me with a fast option of getting the car ready in time for me to collect the next day.

Bought the car and everything was fine. Delivered, it looked and sounded great with MOT.

Month later air con wouldn’t work so took it to our regular guy who gave the car the once over. His report listing multiple problems was devastating: radiator and condenser distorted, cowling is all broken and cracked; wiring connected to bonnet lock and sensor all hanging down, etc . The car had been in a major accident - not mentioned ever - and the report ended : “in our experience of 40 years this vehicle has been inadequately repaired to industry standards.”

My blood runs cold at the thought of an accident caused by this inadequate incompetence.

Threatened with the Consumer Rights Act and Trading Standards we returned the car with a full refund.

Recently bought a focus estate from here, cracking little car for the price, and delivered to my home next day. Discovered the a/c wasn't working properly and rang the garage who told me to get it done and they would refund me, which was done with no quibbles and very prompt. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend them

To everyone this may get deleted sadly because my partner Ram and I myself has tried saying this on Google maps but we both couldn't post our review sadly so I'm going to post it for him he said I swapped my Kia Optima which I had drove to Yorkshire, Wales, Lake District and Scotland prior to giving my car and used it every two days a week motorway drives for over a year and swapped it for a discovery sport soon as I got it not even two weeks the timing chain needed doing which I told Addy and he advised that they would be able to swap it back or help which I was told my Kia Optima had been put in car auction to find out they had sold it and he tried to say my car was knackered and the timing chain on the Kia needed doing and he lost money out of it to find a review left by a customer stating that he had got home good two hours away now the the discovery needs it's timing chain done, solenoid egr, valve, camshaft all sensors, oil sensors and a service was not done as mechanics I took it to examine it and this is barely been driven a month if anyone has got a young family which I have a one year old daughter never use this business as they don't rectify anything and they make out that it was my car but if that was the case the car wouldn't of lasted a two hour drive
Now it's me again he wrote that a while ago probably last month and I can definitely say do not use this company because now my partner Ram has literally had to have everything I mean everything in the car redone it's very sad to see people that still scam to this day I was fuming because it was a very dangerous car for our little family I wanted to call this company my self and go mad im putting this up because his review and mine got refused sadly on Google maps and I even posted a picture of Rams car don't trust the people here they will scam you so bad out of money they lie so much go take a look at Ram old car that they said the Kia got sold at auction because it was completely broke it was a dodgy car but go to Google maps and view the white kia and what was really said about this car what the person's review of Rams old car was it worked amazingly they are big scammers don't trust them please
This part is added on again seen as it's been many months well it hasn't really but since January and now there is no car what so ever do not trust this place Ram has had to keep borrowing a car since January because how bad it was please it's the worst place ever even Facebook market is a safer bet none of the cars from there have ever let us down Ram has had to redo everything completely replaced and brand new and literally the other day after a week or so we heard a loud thump and black smoke started then next day it wouldn't even run not even come on it's completely done knackered gone it won't move wont turn on it's absolutely disgusting this person knew we was thinking of more a bigger family we have a one year old and he still sold us this he does not care for anyones well being or life he only cares for the money do not trust this place it's been since January and after a week maybe even less time of having it it messed up it has been hell for us and this man did not care at all a lot of money down the drain on Google maps the Kia is on there go look nothing was wrong it didn't go up for auction at all like he such a massive lier fraudsters we have had this for what five months and it don't even start now completely gone I wish I could get all the money that got spent on this car and the money that we gave to this place company person who ever and give it back to Ram because that is absolutely disgusting next he will be putting someone's life in actual proper danger with a car so please everyone be careful and do not trust this company place or people they will wrong you very badly absolutely disgusting people should shut this place down

So I bought a car I liked, good price, good mileage etc. PX'd my old car, finance in place. Eventually they advised it was a Japanese import. I knew nothing of how imports work and wish I did my homework. On Autotrader, they advertised the car as £35 tax. My brother went to collect the car for me due to my work commitments, he said it was all pretty rushed once the Ash finished dealing with what he was doing. Brother mentioned about taxing it, as by law, as a new keeper, you're supposed to tax it before you drive it. The guy said "no, you'll be fine do it when you get home". Brother felt uneasy but didn't want to cause a fuss. Anyway, that evenng, went to tax it & BAM!! A £360 tax bill. The car has no Co2 data etc, I've no import paperwork etc. So pretty peeved off. The one good thing is when I complaned he paid me £300 towards this years tax, promised that he knew how to get DVLA to reclass the tax, he even wanted the copy and has had of the new logbook, now hes ghosting me. Be very careful dealing with them. Had I known about the tax if he'd ;let my brother do it there and then, he'd have lost the deal. He was clearly dodging the issue. I've tried every avenue to obtain the data I need, through the car manufacturer, to no avail. Beware, do your research etc first, if you're buying an import

Seen car online we liked, messaged response within the hour, drove over viewed, lovely friendly staff, nothing to much trouble , left us to look at the car, no pressure, service delivered and warranty delivered within a day,
good price fair deal highly recommend these guys , so pleased with the car

The guys were lovely and ultra helpful during the sale and delivery. The offered me a deep clean, a service and a 3 months all parts warranty. However despite me following it up, none of those things appeared. I have no complaints with the car, they let me know it was a cat S and showed me the damage that was repaired. But it is obivous they will say anything to get a sale and have no aftercare. I gave a 3 star rating because I love the car. Not somewhere I would recommend unless you know about cars

I purchased a car, Tiguan 2017 SEL from this seller advertised as Category N, only to discover from the logbook that it is actually Category S, meaning it has structural damage. This is a serious misrepresentation that directly impacts the car’s value, safety, and insurance.

After purchase, engine and oil warning lights appeared despite being told the car was fully serviced. Communication has been slow, evasive, and unprofessional, and the seller has refused a fair resolution, attempting to deduct “fair use” from a refund—a claim that is legally invalid under UK consumer law.

Be warned: misrepresenting vehicles as Category N when they are Category S could be considered fraudulent, and you could be left facing unexpected costs or legal issues if you buy from them.

This seller cannot be trusted. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to walk away.

Was looking at the website on Tuesday evening and saw a car I was interested in, went the following day to look at vehicle which was a total pleasure. I really liked the car and we discussed my part exchange. Phoned on Friday to say that I was keeping the reg with my part exchange and agreed to pick my car up yesterday at 2pm. Delivery day came and as agreed my new car was ready for me to drive away. I am really pleased with my ford ka plus and will definitely choose again from HTC.

We bought a Corsa from here, there was no "hard sell" on my enquiry which I liked, we put a deposit down and Ash arranged for the car to be serviced and delivered which all happened as arranged on time, driver was happy to wait while we looked over/test drove it. Car is great and we've been looked after well. Thank you Ash and Team !

I’d had various conversations with Ash at Halesowen Trade Centre in Birmingham before my partner said I should check the reviews online. I saw the one star review here on trustpilot & it just didn’t ring true.

The BMW 520d touring I bought is a delight, the transaction was without a hitch. I was picked up from Birmingham New Street station having travelled up from Weybridge-nice touch. I was given time to look around the car. Then allowed to take the car for a test drive. A previous advisory highlighted a worn rear tyre-Ash had the rear two tyres replaced.
Overall couldn’t be happier. Well done Ash & the team.

Three weeks ago I bought a car with a hidden defect the engine suddenly started running noisily unfortunately the car is not driveable the owner will not come out to help even though it says on the website that there is a warranty. I would warn anyone against buying a car from this dealer . There is no willingness at all to resolve the problem. The case is being taken to court, it is sad that someone is cheating people like this.
