As always I am pleased with the hair care products purchased from hair trade. But not very pleased with the carrier they use for sending them. Royal Mail had been great few years back but now their service is very poor.

Great service and order turned up in time. Really good value for money as well.

Ive been using this company a few years now at the start the hair quality has been very good tidy and packaged really good. Prices aren't bad either.
However this year the service I have received is disgusting, I don't know who the man is that answers the phone but his very very rude and unprofessional. If you have a problem with a product and try to tell this company you have to speak to a man who tries to argue with you and also makes a note of your number and will not answer the phone! It states on the internet that hairtrade has a head office but the number doesn't work. Terrible company

The top of the shampoo bottle wasn't sealed with anything so it leaked all over the jiffy bag it came in, I will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent service. I ordered a hairdryer which was despatched and arrived promptly. Unfortunately the dryer had a faulty thermostat so the heat setting switch did nothing. One phone call to the company and a replacement was sent out to me, received within a couple of days. Couldn’t ask for better service.

As always, items always available at reasonable prices. Items delivered well packaged and usually within 48 hours of ordering.I have shopped with Hairtrade for a fair few years and will continue to do so,never having a complaint.

Hi, my hairspray was a good price, but the tin arrived crushed! I may still be able to use it but something must have happened to damage it that badly! I’m just hoping it doesn’t explode…
