Edit: My review is in response to simply being asked to be removed from their email list, to which you only did seemingly 3 emails later. Though I’m not “traumatized” as you said, I am disappointed that this has escalated to this when it could have been resolved had you simply unsubscribed me when initially asked (as there was no unsubscribe option in the email).

I apologize that my personal email which was intended to assist as follow-up to your abandoned cart has caused what appears to be traumatic displeasure. Following up is an above-average service level rarely seen in today's e-commerce marketplace and on all accounts is excellent customer service, which is corroborated by the 200+ 5-star reviews submitted by our customers. Rarely can you reach anyone for support in today's digital/faceless climate, however here at HCC you have the founder and CEO personally connecting. For this, I am unable to apologize.

Shopping issue
I placed an order and was double checking on its arrival date and saw the company was sending the wrong product. This issue was quickly resolved via the companies live chat. Chat person was very helpful.

The customer service was outstanding. I was called personally to let me know my order was delayed with the option of canceling or waiting, I was given an approximate date of delivery and an apology.
