This used to be an amazing site and was my go to as a professional facilitator.
They seem to have given up on it a few years ago though and there has been no updates/modernisation in quite some time.
I tried to cancel for 2 years, after repeated attempts to email re issues but they never replied. Happy to take my money every year though. I eventually had to get my bank to block the payments. It's sad to see it go honestly but I haven't gotten my monies worth is almost five years to be honest. Avoid at all costs.

Update: got no response from them.
Tl;dr: I don't want to pay for a month of use, when i've only experienced the service being nonfunctional and only for a day
Ive used Haiku very sparingly since making my free-trial account yesterday (ie on the the 3rd of january): I was intrigued by the promise of at quick hassle free presentation-solution.
I experienced quite a lot of performance issues and syncing/backup/connection problems, resulting losing about 50% of the work I put into it. I didn't think to much of it, stuff like that happens to everyone/thing.
However, I seem to have been charged for a full month of use, even though Ive only used the service (unsuccessfully) for (a most) a day. From your support page I can see that I can be charged for downloading a presentation during my free trial? If that is the official reasoning, I highly object to this: I found it to be poorly signaled, and don't remember meeting any significant warnings or necessary confirmations before for billing me for a full month of use.
