Recently purchased a Rolex watch from Domonic after first seeing it on their ebay shop. Domonic has been truly exceptional from my first contact via email and subsequent phone calls. It can sometimes be a 'leap of faith' when dealing with someone for the first time but I can catergorically say that I would have no reservations whatsoever in buying or selling to Domonic and Hackett Watches. Dominic's communication, honesty in answering questions, and detail regarding the watch was so clear and efficient that I went away and did additional research to make sure it wasn't too good to be true. It wasn't, Dominic and Georgia are that good, I paid for a watch I hadn't seen in the flesh and hoped it would turn up at my door. It did, and was better than the description, and the service was outstanding. This is a fantastic business and I am so grateful to Dominic and Georgia for their support, service and attention to detail when sourcing watches to sell. 100% recommend and 100% will buy from them again.
