Habeno made our dream possible! When we had the idea to purchase our dream home in Spain it felt like a dream without a plan… I contacted a few brokers or tried to go directly to the banks and was feeling so disheartened… everyone took so long to respond or only presented unsuitable offers below 70%. As soon as I contacted Habeno I knew this was different and someone I could trust! They were so quick and responsive and immediately demonstrated their expertise and knowledge to help. Habeno made it possible for us to buy a home in Spain. Before we heard about Habeno we hired mortgage agent who said (after we paid her 500 euros so she would start working on our case) it was impossible for us to get mortgage in Spain because our income is in Isk. But somehow Habeno managed to offer us upto 70% mortgage. Our agent Pierluigi was very responsive and answeared every question that we threw at him.
