GWE carried out an excellent job in fitting our outside tap. Being a hot and cold mixer tap it was a special order. The tap arrived earlier than expected and GWE informed me of it’s arrival and were able to move the fit date forward. Allan who carried out the job worked carefully and efficiently taking no longer than the 3hrs as quoted to do the work. The area was left tidy and clean.

New boiler installation. Got an estimate online and then arranged an engineer to come to price up properly. Prices beat the other online quotes we received. We arranged an install date, rang up with some questions and within 2 weeks had our new boiler installed by Martyn, who was great! (we also had some in depth conversations about game of thrones!). The installation went very well and was finished off very tidy and working great! Very happy! Would definetly recommend. Thankyou very much.

Mine was a fairly simple problem - replace a broken mid-position valve. I rang early one afternoon and it was fixed and finished by eleven the next morning.

Allan was brilliant. Arrived when he said he would and left our home spotless.
He went above and beyond in every sense with the work he carried out - our boiler made it tricky for him but the way he carried out the work was exceptional!

We give GWE five stars despite some problems during the installation. Firstly the initial survey and quote were professionally carried out. Questions were encouraged and were answered clearly and logically. Further question arising from the other quotes obtained were welcomed and answered.
We requested the condensate pipe to be passed through a cabinate and behind the washing machine. Unfortunately unknown by us and unmarked two water pipes and an electric cable were hidden the plaster. The damage to these was quickly repaired.
At all stages of the installation we were kept informed of progress and consulted on all options and issues.
The flushing process was very thorough.
Three different engineers were involved in the installation each was professional and helpful.
The office staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We can't think of anything GWE could have done to a higher standard.

Excellent all the way from the surveyor's visit through to completion of the job. We had an old boiler replaced complete with new flue, 15mm piping replaced with 22mm, flushing and bleeding done, all in the time quoted and all at a reasonable pricei. No complaints whatsoever. We would recommend GWE to anyone requiring a new boiler.

I live in London and my property is rented they arranged all the work with the tenants direct and completed the work quickly and efficiently. will use them again

Really good service. Plumbers arrive on time are clean and pleasant. Everything carried out expertly. Would highly recommend their services.

Nothing was a problem for them. Anytime they needed to turn the power of it was niceAndy or Callum to tell us so my other half could save his game in time. They kept us inform the whole way and after the first night when Andy came back the 2nd day he asked if there were any problems over night.
But most of all what made my partner and I the happiest is the fact they both made a fuss of our dogs and where not phased by them at all.

We would also like to thank MJ and Scott for a quick response and a visit with a quote to getting it all booked in so quickly.

Successfully completed a new boiler and hot water cylinder install in rapid time. The company is very professional and well organised. The quote was very competitive. The install was professionally done and the team accommodating of household needs (sleeping night staff!). Coped well with a narrow airing cupboard door without the need to remove the frame/tiles. Rubbish was cleared speedily. Senior engineer particularly impressive worker.
I would recommend GWE without hesitation.

This was a professional and well executed operation from the moment I contacted the company through their website. The quote was instant and very competitive. They price matched for me to get the best deal. The two lads who did the installation were very good. They used dust sheets, were very polite and have made a perfect installation. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Very pleased with pleasant and very professional staff. Engineer showed us the clearly defective (burnt out) boiler parts to demonstrate why replacements were required. The engineer coordinator was very helpful in scheduling prompt visits. Would thoroughly recommend using this company.
