There is no truth to this review and you omitted a few key details.
We ran campaigns for you for 60 DAYS. Set up was from mid October to the first week of November, then we launched and ran campaigns until January. We have the time stamped emails saying when we launched and when we ran campaigns until. So, this time frame claim makes no sense.
Secondly, we never sent you another invoice 30 days after the campaigns began, this is just wrong.
Thirdly, we have the lead sheet we generated for you and its 115 leads, not less than 5. No idea where you are getting that number from. They are most certainly not "weak" either, they were all decision makers from in target companies that were genuinely interested.
And fourthly, we are looking at an email from you in January asking for our best price on a renewal. So you literally asked us to renew (which opposes your claim that this was a "ripoff")... I think you were simply not happy with the price we gave after you had asked for a discount.
This was a client who would constantly call us requesting out of scope items and generally be unreasonable to deal with. We still fulfilled all of these requests though and went the extra mile to help, but it did not matter.
We learned two key takeaways from this client experience:
1) Now matter how much extra you provide a client or how far you go to please them, it will never be enough for some people.
2) We now screen our clients as carefully as they screen us, to avoid the chaotic situations we were put through here.
