Customer service is abysmal, products and delivery time are okay.

A good company to buy from. Very helpful and great prices. I have purchased twice now and both times very happy.

Growell since the start of this new year has been consistently dreadful in every way. First of all they can't even keep to their own shipping policies anymore, next day hasn't been true since they stopped using the courier APC and have seemingly switched to cheaper and less reliable courier alternatives like DPD and Amazon, so even if they do happen to finish packing your order in a reasonable time frame, which feels like a miracle itself at this point with even the most simple of orders taking a week to pack, you won't be getting it the next day. No matter where in the UK you are its probably quicker to walk on foot and buy it at their nearest shop, and youll probably get home before they've even shipped, atleast if you go yourself you'll actually get the correct order and you save yourself the pain and disrespect of using their customer service options.

Their customer service represetitivates are rude, unapologetic and just incompetent, even when they try to fix the problem, they don't really look at anything typed previously and just try to assume your problem so they can close your ticket as quick as possible. When I tried to get a missing item sent it took me struggling to get through to customer service for hours through their livechat, when finally getting through to a human, they would be immediately try and predict my problem over what seems to be a glance of what I had wrote, accuse me of lying (as they would consistently be looking at the wrong order and the wrong item) and close the ticket immediately, making me repeat the whole process 2 or 3 times before someone actually read what the problem was.

Just save yourself the hassle with this site and if you need to get something from them then bite the bullet and just drive down to their nearest shop and get the stuff in person, whatever the petrol costs would be is worth it for your own sanity.

Great customer service as always. Beth was very courteous and helpful, resolving my issue with no fuss at all.

Really good company, I have used them a few times and any issues are resolved quickly. Had a slight issue recently and contacted customer services. Beth was only to happy to help and a joy to deal with, whilst also keeping me informed during the resolution process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I accidentally bought an incomplete lamp. And the seller, named Keiran, helped me sort it all out and put it together in one day and the next day everything was put together. Professional service and help. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

Horrendous Customer Service. Items arriving damaged and told 'ahhh it'll be alright' when raising it to them. Use at your own risk, I'll be looking elsewhere.

I think you need to get a grip of you delivery system/couriers.
First time was paying for next day delivery and turning up 2 days later,
Second time ...was expecting a delivery on 24th December,,then told the 27th December.i then waited until 6 of January before calling,I had apology jargon and was told it is being posted for next day delivery,guess what... It hasnt arrived! ,
And today,emails not picked up and nothing from any courier either.......

Made an order on 27th December and still waiting as of 7 January for delivery. Growell use DX couriers who have lied about 2 delivery attempts. No communication from Growell. No truth from DX couriers. Still waiting on a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Great customer service from Beth. I had a broken bulb in transit, emailed customer service and got a very speedy reply apologising and that she had put another on order to be sent out straight away. Can’t fault growell or their customer service at all, will be continuing to use in the future 10/10

Got in contact, within a couple of hour’s Kieran had been in contact, sorted out replacements and got them in the post.

Sent a message via web form, Keiran replied professionally with no quibble about the request.
Parcel was delayed naturally which wasn't an issue at all and it was nice for the company to advise in advance about it.

I can't say my experience with this company was great but what I can say is the customer services is great. Although there were delivery problems the staff and Ren the customer services manager sorted everything out and made my experience positive. Thank you

Great customer service. On my 3rd order from them. Only had to contact them on last and they sorted the problem out straight away. Also at the time of posting this they seem to be about the cheapest around for same items. Found one place that was same price but delivery was near twice the price.

The whole process was 5 star. Ordering was easy, paying etc. The courier which was no fault of theirs managed to smash one of the pots. I contacted them by email almost prepared for a battle because I needed the exact amount ordered. Was pleasantly surprised as the reply we'll send a replacement out. It arrived quickly and as should be.
I can't fault anything but most of all customer services I know things go wrong but it's how company's rectify it that counts.
