The bed I ordered is lovely but the…
The bed I ordered is lovely but the internal construction is of poor quality. The planks were too long and the screws too short. Delivery was only available on a Saturday. I hired a handyman to fix it to avoid having to wait for replacements. I expected better quality from a solid wood bed.

This appears to be a manufacturing issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We always strive to maintain high-quality standards, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
Regarding the screws, they were the correct length, but we understand that assembly can sometimes be challenging. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to arrange for DPD to send you the correct size bed slats on a next-day service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
