Absolutely fabulous piece of furniture, very well made & sturdy, couldn't have picked a better buy, delivery was a breeze & they took the headboard up to our bedroom, they got in touch with us to let us know they were 30mins away depending on traffic, excellent communication so we knew every step of the way what was happening, I'd definitely recommend Grosvenor Furniture, all in all very happy customer, thanks to all who we're involved in my purchase & delivery, Thank you.

Beautiful bar stools that are a little different (not the same as everywhere else on the internet). The stools and bench I bought were really well packed and protected, deliverrd on time and I am over the moon with my purchases.

We called ahead of going to visit…
We called ahead of going to visit Grovesnor and Simon was more than welcoming, having the stool we wanted to view ready for us to look at. There was no pressure to buy and when we did order, the order was acknowledged and delivered in a matter of days. The stool itself was perfect, the material really soft and plush plus comfortable.

Great customer service, answered every enquiry promptly and concisely. Helpful and professional especially as we needed delivery within a certain timeframe. We haven’t yet had the delivery as can’t receive until April/May but so far so good

If i could give zero i would
If i could give zero i would. Ordered a bench it arrived damaged contacted company no reply so took to paypal . I was offered £29 which is shocking and disgusting. Company want me to pay for return and this is unfair. I will be taking further as this is unacceptable.

After you contacted us regarding the bench, we issued a full refund and arranged collection of the item at our cost in order to resolve the matter promptly.
During the return process, the upholstered seat section provided for collection did not match the original seat pad supplied with the bench. This has been raised with the relevant parties.
We always aim to resolve customer concerns fairly and promptly, which is why a full refund was issued.
