Great pillow for people with be k problems
This pillow is the best that I've tried for sleeping on with serious neck problems and I've tried many. The first night, I slept but woke up with a bad headache. I decided to persevere and I'm really glad I did. My sleep is better and my neck and shoulders feel easier. The company were great at communicating and delivery was quick.

Received my pillow promptly and been using about two weeks now.My quality of sleep has improved completely and although my neck pain hasn't gone completely it has improved.So much so that my daughter is going to purchase one .

Very happy. Getting used to sleeping on my back
So I’ve had the pillow for a month now, and although I’m still not happy (and cosy) sleeping on my back, it has REALLY helped my shoulder and neck pain. Overall I’d say using the Groove pillow for this month, the pain has been reduced by 80%. Before getting the pillow I was also suffering with headaches in the morning which would turn into a migraine come the evening. It was getting rather depressing. So I decided to look at a pillow as even tho I see a chiropractor regularly, in between my maintenance sessions, I started to suffer very badly. So anyway, purchased this pillow and my headaches have gone 🥳 very happy with this pillow. I now sleep in my back for most of the night, but I do roll onto the side and sleep in the side part of the pillow. It is fab that they have designed the pillow for both side and back sleepers. Give it a go, it’s not an expensive pillow when you look at others - what have you got to lose?

Have suffered with bad neck pain for years.
Have suffered with bad neck pain for sometime now. GP sent me to physio who gave me loads of exercises to do. Unfortunately it didn’t work. In March this year I saw an advert for Groove Pillow. I thought it was quite expensive but as I had received money for Mother’s Day I treated myself. Within 3 to 4 days I was able to lift my head off the pillow with no pain. I am now totally pain free My daughter has now bought two for herself and is also pain free after trying several other pillows which did not work. Thank you Alex & Luke from both of us. I must admit I was sceptical, having to keep moving all night long with a bad neck and back, it's taken a about 3 days, my sleep as improved I don't hardly move Ican with hand on heart it is helping me, I ordered 2, and wasn't happy because it was lost in transit, but finally got them . My wife who’s very sceptical about anything.
She said this morning her sleep as improved and said well worth buying . My advice would be don’t give up at first time use it’s very different from other pillows, for me a good couple of days to get used to , I thought I give it a good go because I have got a trapped nerve in my lower back and pain in my neck . My sleep and comfort as 💯percent improved so thank you for such a good product .

I ordered a pillow a couple of months ago and it didn’t arrive despite repeated promises from the company. I finally asked for my money back and they were actually very quick to refund me which was the only saving grace. Wish I’d gone elsewhere!

I developed a very painful neck
I developed a very painful neck. I couldn’t turn my head left or right. I couldn’t sleep because the pain was so severe. I went to a physio but she couldn’t help me.I couldn’t drive as I just couldn’t turn my head. I then discovered groove pillows so I bought one. I must admit that I had no confidence in them until I tried one. Wow! What a difference it made. I’ve just bought another one and I will never sleep on an ordinary pillow ever again. Well done Groove Pillows.

If there is 0 stars I would give them my pillow arrived open and does not look clean so I asked for exchange or refund put they keep making excuses send photos and many stupid things I did send photos then they ask me to send back and they ask me to pay for post avoid them big scam don’t ever buy from them

Neck pain relief at last
After using support pillows in the past for my neck pain with little success, I was delighted when after just few days of using my groove pillow both my neck and back feel much better and I am sleeping soundly. I would definitely recommend this product. I feel it is very reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent. Quick delivery using recyclable materials and a friendly back up letter from the proprietors. Well done Groove Pillows!
