They only do grip, but they do grip well.

Good! Could be better
very little choice as in means of brands of skateboard griptape, they stick to very mainsstream and more "safe" brands. griptape had been worn or scraped in some places and i could tell was old or not stored properly as the glue did not stick very well at all. I like the website for the price but quality is poor. 3 stars.

Risposta di Griptape.co.uk
Hi Isaac,
I'm sorry that you feel we could do better. Whilst no one is perfect, we do try to ensure that all our customers are happy and we are always looking to improve.
In terms of more brands, what did you have in mind? We do stock mainstream brands, but we also stock indy brands too. There are also a number of brands we used to stock, but customer feedback was poor so we dropped them. Whilst I'm always up for taking on more, we do have the biggest range in the UK so hopefully there's plenty to choose from.
We are very careful when we store and package grip. Everything is stored in packets and boxes indoors and in a dry, smoke-free environment. We have had instances where grip has been crushed in the post, but that shouldn't affect the adhesive. If you or anyone has issued we're always happy to explore the problem and make it right.
I know this is a very delayed response to your review, but feel free to get in touch if you want to discuss further as I'd like to help in any way I can.
Alex
Great product and service.
Bought three rolls of sky blue griptape to use on a bike cargo trailer, excellent value and arrived in three working days. Great quality and very easy to apply! Would use Griptape.co.uk again.

Customer Service: Defined. :-)
I order some grip tape for the floor of my track day car, so I guess my order was bigger than the usual amount required to recover a skateboard. I got an email saying basically that "I've checked the quality of the stuff you ordered and it's damaged."
Oh... but:
"And I'm sending you some better stuff instead."
Win!

I’m really glad you are pleased with your purchase and hope you come back again soon. I would love to reduce the delivery cost, but unfortunately it already costs us more to send than what we charge. As for the cost of the grip, all the grip we sell is priced below RRP, we will however continue to do our best to offer good value for money. Thank you for your feedback.
Quick, Honest and Reliable ... perfect online ordering!
