Matcha is good but tea set could be better
Customer service response is quick - based on one enquiry I made so far.
I ordered the matcha tea set. I have only used the whisk once but the needles are already breaking and coming off. Not sure it will last the next 29 servings I have yet to make. The bowl itself is nice and roomy however, I now think it's too smooth for matcha preparation and would not recommend it.
The matcha is nice though as expected with its price point.

“computer says no” approach
Customer service was unwilling to resolve a simple glitch on their online platform. Adding a subscription to the basket removes the discount from the one-off summer sale products in the same order. They preferred a “computer says no” approach.

Purchased purely for the Miffy coffee tin, the iced coffee cans are nice and aesthetically pleasing to the eye however, the Miffy tin came slightly dented on the sides due to lack of protection in the box it had been delivered in so I was a little let down. I managed to smooth out the worst of it but in certain light you can still see it so I was pretty disappointed.

Excellent pod coffee machine
Excellent pod coffee machine. Minor gripes are it being a bit noisy and the water tank gauge not being easy to see. But the best machine we’ve ever had.
