Great service I got coat at a good price and the delivery was fast.I could not use the 10% discount since the coat was on sale. But do recommend them, great service at a reasonable price. Thank you

Extremely impressed with the speed of delivery. Placed my order on Wednesday and the boots arrived with Royal Mail the very next day. I was initially skeptical after reading some bad reviews, but my experience was faultless. My Tamaris boots are fantastic and the service reeived has been first class. I will have no hesitation in ordering from Griggs in the future.

Joined their membership but discount code given does not work. Thought I’d phone them but all of their numbers are one digit short. I’d rate their customer service zero if you cannot even phone them.

My partner bought me a top, costing £38, I asked for an exchange - they offered a refund, taking off the postage both ways and another £10 because they said it wasn't fit to resell (it was). Their excuse? The tags were missing (they weren't, but I can't prove it).
When I challenged it, they said I was being rude and put the phone down... don't buy from them, this is the most restrictive buying experience I've had for a while!
Update, full refund now received, credit where credit is due :)

I saw some mixed reviews about this company and was initially apprehensive, however they offered the best price for the item I wanted and so thought I'd try them. I'm really pleased I did. I made a mistake with my order which meant I had to contact them to sort it out (paid with the wrong card) they couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke to two different ladies and both were friendly and clearly wanted to help. They bent over backwards to ensure that the transaction went smoothly and also shipped the item in record time. I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service, value for money and ease of sorting out an issue that I created. Ignore the bad reviews, give these guys a go I think they're brilliant and anything else equestrian I need I know where to come. Thank you!

Firstly, cheapest place I could find the Grubs Boots I wanted, secondly free delivery, and finally ordered Sat 28th Dec arrived Sunday 29th Dec, that definately deserves 5+ stars

Sent out faulty Barbour Tempest wellies last week, I returned for a replacement and today they claim to have no size 12 left.

Went online this evening and size 12 is now back in stock. Obviously selling the faulty ones I returned!!

Griggs also sent out a faulty Northumbria Barbour jacket in January 2024 then sent out another obviously used (creased, dirty collar and long hairs on it) ladies Barbour jacket in July 2024.

I suspect Griggs stock Barbour ’seconds’ and try to pass these on at slightly cheaper prices than other sellers!

Won’t be using again!!!

First time I have tried and they have managed to deliver the wrong product that I ordered leaving me to go through the ordeal of doing a return. Puts you off online shopping that they cannot actually deliver what you ordered

Terrible company, tried to make me stay in all day waiting for a delivery knowing that the delivery company hadn’t even received it from them! And i know this because i contacted them (SGK) twice in the 7-10 days and both times they said that they hadn’t received it in their warehouse, i guess Griggs never had it in stock and thought it was funny taking people’s money and messing people around.

Found the designer item I wanted much cheaper here than other websites/stores, got a welcome discount on top of that :)

Delivery was free as I had spent over a certain amount and it arrived very quickly. Can’t fault a thing.

Every trick in the book to avoid replacing a defective Horseware Turnout Rug under warranty. Read the other one star reviews; they’re remarkably consistent.

Great Customer Service - I had an issue with a faulty boot - I completed a return form and had a replacement within a week - no quibble

Brilliant service and so helpful. Always willing to listen to what you might need and give advice . We come and visit for horse bits most time we come down to Cornwall as the advice is always welcome. Price is always good . Thank you so much

Just had a great experience with the parent company, Griggs. Ordered a Barbour jacket for the cheapest price on the Internet, and much less than the high Street, and 2 days later it's been delivered. I wish all web companies performed like that.

Ordered at 4.50pm and my order came the next day. Brilliant service.

Fantastic , family run business who really care about their customers. Personal service, excellent prices and quick, overnight delivery. Some of the reviews here seem unfair as they relate to delivery issues which is out of their control - we all know about the perils of couriers! Have nothing but praise for Griggs. I had to return a faulty pair of wellies and the replacements arrived within days, no quibble .
10 star experience from this very happy customer.

Dreadful Customer Service
Bought a pair of Hunter Balmoral Boots rrp £185.00. (Sale £124) On both boots the rubber is cracking. On arrival I sent photo and asked if they could do an exchange and get them to me within 3 days as I needed them for a trip.
Told no.They would only send me a replacement pair once they received these ones back and I wouldn’t get a replacement if Griggs didn’t deem them a factory fault. HELLO? They are brand new boots. How can the cracking be anything but a factory fault???
As a gesture of good will for their mistake in sending out damaged boots, after seeing the photo I sent, they could have sent me another pair and arranged collection of the faulty pair at the same time.
But no. Not interested.
Told me to buy another pair if wanted them quickly. Why should i be out of pocket £248.00 for them sending me out faulty boots.
I dont recommend this terrible company. I will never buy from them again.

It is the first time I have used this company. I bought a Barbour jacket. I had a couple of queries which were answered honestly and efficiently. I spoke to two different customer service people they were friendly, polite, helpful. My jacket arrived on time even though it was a bank holiday. It was well packaged and by far the best price I could find

Great service, had a pair of faulty wellies and they were so helpful but also sent out the replaced item so quickly. Really happy with them and will use Griggs in future.

Bought a jacket (Khaki Aubrion Team Jacket) that I've been wanting for a while, I ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived this Monday! The delivery speed was amazing (possibly due to me being around only 200 miles away)! The jacket I received is genuine and is in excellent condition, I will definitely buy from here again. I absolutely recommend this shop.
