Order never turned up
Ordered glass water bottles. Never received order, customer service unresponsive when I tried to contact them. Impossible to get my order or a refund.

Never receiving an order is bad enough, but being unable to get a response when trying to sort it out, let alone a refund, makes it so much worse. That's not the kind of experience we want anyone to have.
Things look different here now, the business is under new ownership.
Their products are cheap for a reason
Their products are cheap for a reason. I bought two of the cafe drink bottles from Greenshop Online and the both leaked. Speaking to customer service, they advised I would need to return them at my own cost and they would test them. If they do leak then they would refund me.
It would not be worthwhile after I pay for the return postage.
When I asked if they would be happy if that solution was proposed to them, I just got a typical call centre answer, “That’s all I can offer”. No attempt at all for customer satisfaction.
If I could, I would give them negative stars.

Asking a customer to pay for return postage with no guarantee of a refund isn't a fair resolution, especially for a faulty item. The tone of that conversation, by the sound of it, didn't help either, that's not how we want any concern to be handled.
We are now under new ownership and have changed our processes. We hope you will consider shopping with us in the future.
