Poor communication
No communication from them at all I had to ring to find out when delivery would take place. Was told Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Driver rang me on Monday mid morning telling me he was 40 mind away while I was at work. Can't fault driver and he did as I asked and left my order safe for me.

Timber is good quality
Timber is good quality, price very competitive. Only given 4 stars because of a lack of communication on a delivery date. But when I had 1, the driver gave over an hour notice when he was arriving. Driver was very helpful also.

Cladding Order
Placed a small order on the periphery of the catchment area so appreciate it was not hugely profitable - therefore happy to wait for a suitable delivery slot as it was a great price. Limited communication but we got there - and everything is as ordered.

Couple of issues at first but came good
Had some teething problems getting my order as stuff out of stock, but the team switched some stuff round and upgraded a couple of bits.

Excellent company
Ordering was super easy and delivered in 2 days ,they arranged alternative when stock issues and sent extra to make quantity and coverage right and some ,pay on arrival was a very good service as lets you inspect there timber which is really high quality then pay, delivery guy was super helpful with communication ,letting me know time of delivery and help unloading etc can't fault the service from this company would highly recommend

Fantastic quality timber amd John the delivery guy is super fast amd friendly. We have a huge project build going on so will be ordering again soon. Very good quality timber but make sure you check the delivered quantity and C16 or C24 quality when it’s delivered.
Missed something off the delivery the first time. Delivered the missing stuff free of charge three days later which is great service. Very good quality timber, but the 3x2 Carcassing timber was C16 not C24 as advertised when purchased, hence the 4 star review not 5.
