First time at Green Oval Garage and rate them very professional, very happy with the cars first service, just one downside was that I arranged to have the car at the garage for 08:30 am start and was told it takes around two hours so returned at lunchtime to be told it was the next job on. Otherwise perfect

I have always used a land rover main agent but they started to let me down and mess me about so I went to GOG, what a change I have just had my car mot and full service by Ash what a difference he has made to car, never again will a main agent touch my car.
From start with the reception to collection they are great.

Not only was the price for the diagnosis incredibly reasonable, but the quality and detail of the advice I received were exceptional. Green Oval's thorough assessment allowed the dealership I bought the car from to collect it and attempt repairs based on their recommendations.

Took my Range Rover Sport to Green Oval for warranty repairs (Active Roll Control and aircon compressor) — first time using them and I was genuinely impressed.

Derek looked after everything and dealt with the warranty company directly, saving me the hassle. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew if there were going to be any extra costs.

I took my Jaguar XF to this garage with a very serious fuel leak, they had it sorted promptly and back with me in a few hours. The engine had been steam cleaned, they did a brilliant job. The customer service was outstanding, I will certainly recommend these guys to everyone I know.

I booked my Range Rover Evoque in for it's MOT at Green Oval after recommendation from a colleague at work. I dropped the car and key's off and hoped for the best! The garage called a few hours later to say the MOT was done and passed, which I was extremely pleased about! When I collected my car it had been washed and was clean inside with an air freshener and a new keyring on my keys! Fantastic service and will never go to another garage! Thank you so much!

Green oval need to encourage there staff to leave more positive reviews for them as it's obvious something just isn't right with this company.

We were about to take our vehicle back to this company but have read some of the helpful posts here and have decided to go elsewhere, we've had similar problems to those which people here have expressed.
