Green Journey go into things thoroughly to seek out the best possible deal on electricity supplies.
But they leave you with the final choice and there is no pressure. You get the impression that they are concerned about getting it right and ethical and that the outcome matters to them too. I have not experienced anyone before this going to such trouble in well over 10 years of dealing with brokers and directly with electricity suppliers.

If there are problems, which there sometimes are with the suppliers, they always sort things out for me. I get prompt replies to any queries. I have a specific person to contact which is great and we value their support.

We have found Green Energy to be a very helpful and responsive company. At first I wasn't sure about using a third party as I had always dealt directly with energy companies. But the arrangement has worked very well and has saved us time and effort. It is always helpful to know that they are there when we need them.

We were contacted by GEC to look at our energy. We had just renewed with our current supplier each year and hadn’t thought about moving away. They put in place a renewal with another provider which was much cheaper, and give us regular updates on our usage. Will be recommending to our local business group. This was removed so I will repost.

Professional and great service. Provided a full market tender to review the procurement on site, and identified a cheap and renewable option moving forwards. They provide monthly usage reports and have helped us out with a few historic issues on the accounts. Would recommend.
