Brilliant all round. We are doing a barn conversion and had solar panels and an underfloor heating system (air source) installed. Everyone we dealt with were great, the office was always helpful and quick to answer questions and the guys that came out were brilliant. Our builders and plumber were very impressed too and our plumber has already been recommending them to others.

From the initial contact, through system design, quotation and final installation I had an excellent customer experience with Green Building Renewables at every step. The price was also very competitive and the end product is fantastic. I would highly recommend this team.

Every step of the process from the first enquiry to the removal of scaffolding and waste was curtious and professional. The installation is neat and tidy. The equipment is performing brilliantly. I definitely recommend them for solar and battery installation - I have already recommended them to others.

The team that fitted my air source heating system were a pleasure to host. They were kind and courteous throughout the week of install, cleaning at the end of each day and ensuring they left my water systems (old hot water supply) in a useable condition each day. Their knowledge of the product and updates for me during the install kept me well informed of the status and work that was left to be completed. I had a full demo of the controls - even though they had already been through the trouble of presetting everything for me. Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend!

Knowledgeable staff from start to finish, going through the quotation was easy, site survey was completed quickly and then a few weeks later my install was under way after signing the 'express request'.

Solar panels and batteries were fitted in a day. The electrician arrived spot on 8am as promised and worked tirelessly until 5.30pm having commissioned the system and explained the use of it to Me.

Kingsley (spark) and Tom (plumber) were fantastic at their jobs and explained everything as they went about this week long install. Everything worked first time, no issues / leaks or problems, everything cleared up, plastered boarded any holes and ready for a quick lick of paint. Colin, Ollie, Brayden were helping along the way and again thanks to those guys.

Thanks to those in the office, Sally & Nicky for keeping me up to date and thanks to Rich for all the technical questions that I through at him which he answered very easily.

Fantastic firm, don't hesitate to use them, all certification and docs handed over straight away, they made it look so easy.

All the installation team were pleasant, polite and happy to answer any questions I had. At all times they were cheerful despite having to work in sub-zero temperatures. The installers cleared up after themselves each day so that disruption was minimised and they provided 2 heaters to offset the lack of heating. I had been told installation would take 3 days but in fact it took longer than that - in all 6 working days although this might have been due to travel problems due to the cold weather. When the heating was finally installed the boiler needed tweaking in order to give the required temperatures. I received prompt attention to this with a visit on New Year's Day! The heating is now operating smoothly and I'm looking forward to receiving smaller energy bills.

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Neat and tidy work. Would have no hesitation in going back to them again for any future needs.

Our heat pump (previously installed by Bright Green Renewables) stopped working during very cold weather. Phoned them at about 4pm and they sent the same engineer that installed it round by 9am the next day. All fixed that morning. It was a problem with the electrical cabling (work done by someone else) rather than the heat pump.

The whole process from start to finish was very well planned and everything happened on the day they said it would.
The lads doing the fitting were excellent. Polite, worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing and they were tidy. Great job well done.

We write to thank you and your team for such an efficient and professional service. We are very pleased with our new heating system. You have an amazing team, Antwanette and Emily in the office – efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly at all times. Matthew Cowley – don’t know what we would have done without him he has been a true ambassador for Green Building Renewables. Additionally, he has been there with us every step of the way, always available and responsive to any queries we had. The rest of the installation team worked so hard to ensure that the installation was completed by Friday last week.

It is so refreshing (given we have faced so many difficulties following our flood in December 2020) to work with a company who has always delivered on time and work so well together as one team, and keeping us up to date with progress and communicating exactly what is happening. After many delays with other companies associated with the flood we experienced; we were able to request the heat pump installation for late 2021. You worked with us and accommodated our needs excellently given the problems we had been facing.

Our home has now been fully reinstated and redecorated. The air source heat pump system is doing its job perfectly - what a difference from oil fired heating!
