Green Agenda website had the Toner Drum I required for urgently printing out my sister's funeral order of service.
Sales checked the warehouse to ensure the part was actually there.
I was told there was only one and if I ordered before 4pm it was free next day delivery. Because it was a friday I was warned it would probably be delivered on monday.
A fault in the ordering cause the order to be double ordered so I notified sales of the problem and they promised to cancel the faulty order.
On monday my account still showed the double order and no signs of a dispatch.
I phone to check and discovered they had not dispatched.
They apologise and promised to dispatch that day. I asked for free early delivery and they promised to ask the director and promised to get back to me.
They never got back to me.
However over 3 hours later they email to say the warehouse had open the packaging and discovered a leak.
So they cancelled the order leaving me with a major headache.
The OKI toner drum is sealed in a bag and boxed with packaging. There is no way any supplier would open the box or the sealed bag because it would void the warranty.
So 4 days wasted dealing with this company.
Surely their customers deserve a more honest service
