The golf department is phenomenal
The golf department is phenomenal, as a relatively new player it’s intimidating to go in and ask questions but the guys explain everything in great detail and off we different alternatives at different price points. They even had demo clubs and a simulator to try them out and see what works best. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Only person not happy is my wife after my 3 wedges, range finder and 5 wood 🤣

Being able to try out demo clubs and the simulator really does make a difference when you’re figuring out what suits your game, so I’m glad you got the full experience.

Brilliant experience! The shipping was really fast and when my shoes came they were perfect! By far the cheapest price I could find on a legit website that had a good returns policy. Really impressed and will be shopping here again!

I've dealt with Greaves Sports several times, both in person and by postal delivery. I've found the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable in face-to-face dealings, and my package was well wrapped and arrived promptly the day after ordering.

Second visit to Greaves for Hoka’s
Second visit to Greaves for Hoka’s. Staff were very polite and knowledgable about the product. On my first visit buying two prs of Hoka’s they didn’t have my size in a particular shoe. Gordon’s said he would contact me when a new batch came in and sure enough he did and put them aside for me with my name on the box. Picked them up today. I never buy shoes online as I have a broad foot and end up returning more pairs than I care to mention which is a waste of time and energy. Greaves are well stocked with many brands plus a variety of Sports and out doors clothing and footwear. Great shop, Great experience and Great Service.

Good enough but did not like I had to…
Good enough but did not like I had to submit a request for a refund and then wait for a link - I had to go out before link arrived so missed returning for a few days. Refunds should be easier. Also not clear why I had to pay £2. Due to these 2 things probably won’t shop with you again

Thanks for the 4 star review.
We have made our returns as easy as we possibly can. The requests are manually replied to by a human so these aren't instant but we do reply as quickly as possible.
We charge a £2 fee for returns and this covers the return postage. We beleive this is a cheaper option than a customer sending it back themselves.

Amazing prices and quick delivery!
Just had my second ordered delivered and it's just like the first. Order has been carefully packaged using recyclable material which is a bonus. Items are exactly as described and I can't believe the price I paid for some of them! Thanks again for another great order.
