The willingness of your trained staff to please the customer to select the product that suits them and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The staff make the customer their number one priority and make them feel welcome as soon as they come through the front door.

Excellent service all around
Ordered 2 pairs of football boots for sizing on sale and had such a great saving on them compared to other websites.
They arrived via in post as requested and this process was so easy. I returned the pair that wasn’t needed and the process was so simple via Royal Mail and have already had a refund. Very happy with the service of Greaves Sports and my son loves his new football boots and I’m very happy with the price I paid.
