Great service

Fencing parts arrived when expected and in good order. This could have been different as one of the fence panel ends was protruding from the package. Luckily it was undamaged.

This site uses a false add campaign that comes up with ridiculously low prices on name brand power tools but when you click on the link you are brought to this site and a page for the Green Thermoking Composter - for every one of these shady search links. In the US they would be prosecuted.

Every now and again it’s so good when your transactions from purchase to delivery go perfect .but an added peace of mind is to be able to communicate with the company to ask questions which was easy as to the items I was more than pleased in fact better than described after endless searching with so many glitches I know I’ve found a gem of a company I’ll stick with so thanks a million

Ordering was easy the prices were good phoning customer service was straightforward to enquire when my items were due.
The bad experience was the delivery, they used DHL all the boxes were opened and a failed delivery and a piece missing …total nightmare!.
Thankfully garden mall replaced the missing item but I advise they never use DHL again

Appalling attitude from member of customer service team, abrasive, unhelpful and rude, constantly talked over me then accused me of being annoyed!!, not without reason and when I reminded her of the fact that I was the customer and as such was entitled to be listened to and not shouted down and talked over I was met with the response "so you're the customer?...", this member of staff displayed literally every type of behavior that should be avoided by any good customer service agent, when I asked for her manager or H.R. team she replied that there wasn't one, clearly that would explain her manner, definitely should not be dealing with customers in any capacity.

I bought four glazed black pots and a pack of plastic square pots.Easy to order. Arrived quickly by courier. Exceptionally well packed. Good quality products at a very reasonable price. Very happy with my purchases.

My order of Panacea fence panels, posts and ground anchors arrived quickly and it was well packaged .Very happy with the product and the whole process. I would recommend this company.

Order still not arrived!
I ordered for a fence to be delivered within 7 working days. I called as I had not had an update and was told they had trouble with packaging. I waited a few days and called again. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday, so cancelled my plans. It has still not arrived and has now been over 2 weeks.
Very poor customer service.

When you buy on line not knowing the company for the first time, you are a little wary and uncertain.
I need not have worried, this company is first class. Fast delivery, even faster if you don't mind paying a little extra.
The order was packed well and all intact, the fence and brackets are well made, and look good for the job.
The price was reasonable for the design and structure, and l will not hesitate to go back again.
Very satisfied customer, would recommend.

Ordered a lovely painted arbour on Sunday. Arrived Wednesday and great delivery and customer service.

I wanted a very small plant trough for a small space in the garden. I saw this at an amazing price and ordered it. As it was breakable, I hoped it would arrive in one piece. I needn't have worried,as couldn't have been any better packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased.

I ordered a hanging basket stand for the porch. The item arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality for a very fair price. I will definitely use Garden Mall again.

Was looking for a particular size trellis which was difficult to find but found exactly what I wanted at Garden Mall. Received trellis today and all in perfect condition as very well packaged. First time shopping with them but won't be the last - very impressed.

Packaging was brilliant and the hanging baskets were very well priced compared to garden centres which are quite expensive will definitely use them again a very speedy delivery
