Grays of Westminster, the multi-award-winning Nikon-only shop, was founded forty years ago by Gray Levett with the idea of creating a world-class camera store, offering a service that was second to none. It is superbly located in a quiet area of central London, a few minutes walk from Victoria Railway Station; the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the Tate Britain, River Thames and Knightsbridge are all within easy reach. Grays of Westminster is not simply a famous Nikon camera shop; it is to many photographers around the world an institution. It can trace back its beginnings from a modest mail order company to its present, highly-respected position in the photographic industry. Grays of Westminster, became the first camera shop in the world to be granted a Coat of Arms. Mr. Robert Noel, Norroy and Ulster King of Arms of Her Majesty's College of Arms, presented the Coat of Arms to Grays of Westminster 29th October 2014.

You need to know about Greys of Westminster
This year I decided to up my bird watching with some amateur photography. I have been a Nikon user for the last 40 years and am a fan of quality used equipment. You can imagine my delight upon discovering Greys of Westminster. There was the lens I was looking for-300mm f2.8 vrii. I live in Canada and was a little concerned about purchasing sight unseen. A phone call and some back and forth emails soon cemented a trust with Daniel and Chloe and the purchase was made.
Daniel was very helpful in arranging for my niece to pick up the lens. She was planning a visit and brought the lens with her. I have to say the condition was far beyond what I expected. If the tripod collar had not been upgraded to an Arca Swiss foot I would not have known this was a used lens. Greys of Westminster’s dedication to quality and service has impressed me and I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for new or used Nikon equipment or just a look around.Staff are knowledgeable, polite and made my purchase worth remembering. Great service - couldn't fault at all.
Called up to find out whether I could get a camera body delivered next day for a shoot, spoke to Daniel - super polite and helpful. Assured me this was totally possible and lo and behold it was delivered on a Saturday morning as promised.
